Our firm represented Dan Public Transportation Company Ltd. in its investment transaction in Symcotech Ltd., which develops, manufactures and maintains computerized ticketing systems and access control systems for customers in the fields of public transportation in Israel. Dan will purchase approximately 19% of Symcotech’s outstanding share capital and an option to purchase additional shares, reflecting a total investment amount (initial investment and option) of approximately NIS 35 million.
