Roni has extensive experience representing companies and private clients in the field of labor law, and in particular collective labor law.
She represents clients on a variety of issues related to collective labor relations, such as with initial organizing, negotiating, drafting collective agreements, and accompanying labor disputes, including various litigation proceedings in the Labor Court, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings. Roni also regularly advises clients on the implementation of various aspects of labor law, including providing legal advice to senior employees, employers, drafting employment agreements, proceedings before the Commissioner of Women’s Labor, and managing litigation cases.
