Our firm represented Generation Capital, an infrastructure and energy fund, in a transaction for the acquisition of 25.5% of PSP Investments Ltd., which owns a pumped storage power plant at Ma’ale Gilboa with an installed capacity of 300 megawatts, for NIS 227 million.
Completion of the transaction was subject to a number of conditions precedent, which were met the past week.
The fund was represented by Partner Jack Smith, along with Senior Associate Liron Koren, Associate Adam Spiegel and Intern Dana Hayit.
