Our firm represented Keystone Reit, a tradable infrastructure investment fund, in an investment transaction and in the purchase of shares of the Spanish company Eranovum e-Mobility, SL, which operates in the field of setting up charging stations for electric vehicles in Spain, for a total of up to 26.5 million euros – as well as in additional agreements accompanying the transaction.
The fund was represented by Partner Ronit Rosenstein-Barel, together with Senior Associate Liron Koren and Associates Lior Elkayem and Rotem Ivgi.
