Our firm represented Shikun & Binui in a private placement of bonds to classified investors for approximately NIS 150 million by expanding an existing series of bonds (series 6). The bonds were listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The company was represented by Partner Sharon Werker-Sagy and Associate Idan Ben David.
