Our firm represented Shikun & Binui in issuing commercial papers to the public in a total amount of approximately NIS 250 million, by way of issuing a new series of commercial papers. The commercial papers were listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

The company was represented by Partners Sharon Werker-Sagy and Itamar Ben Yehuda together with Associate Idan Ben David.
