Gornitzky represented Israel Ports – Development & Assets Company Ltd., in the issuance of commercial securities in a total scope of NIS 400 million, and in listing the securities for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
The commercial securities were rated with a rating of “ilA-1+” by Maalot.
The issuance constitutes the first offering of commercial securities on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by a government company.
Israel Ports – Development & Assets constructs, develops and improves the commercial seaports in Haifa, Ashdod and Eilat, and it is in charge of the construction of the new ports – the Southern Port in Ashdod, and the Haifa Bay Port.
