Our firm represented Guy & Doron Levy Engineering, Construction and Investments in an investment transaction with Migdal Insurance Company, pursuant to which Migdal invested a total of NIS 325 million in exchange for shares representing 14% of the company’s equity, together with an option to acquire an additional 4% stake in the company. The company’s activities include the initiation, planning, construction and management of residential real estate projects, long-term rental projects, Mechir LaMishtaken projects, urban renewal initiatives and income-producing assets, from land acquisition through delivery of the completed property.
