In the years prior to joining Gornitzky & Co Lee worked for another leading firm in Israel.
Lee is experienced in representing employers, both Israeli and international foreign companies, in the field of labor law.
Over the years, she has specialized in accompanying international entities in mergers and acquisitions, from the due diligence phase to structural changes that involve employer exchanges, employee lending issues and/or horizontal redundancies, while reducing customer exposure regarding employees.
Lee also has extensive experience in engaging with senior executives, in private and public companies, in unique and complex remuneration structures, and in advising on the employer’s remuneration policy.
Additionally, she has experience in advising on relocations and immigration law, and often works alongside the authorities to obtain work visas for expert foreign workers, drafting work agreements for senior foreign workers who will arrive in Israel, and advising the client on how to apply Israeli law in a beneficial manner.
