Our firm represented More Provident Funds and Pension in an investment of approximately NIS 67 million in iLift, alongside the provision of a NIS 40 million loan convertible into company shares. The investment and loan were designated, inter alia, to finance the acquisition of 75% of the shares of Sky Line Cranes & Technologies Ltd., which operates in the crane sector, as well as to support iLift’s continued growth.
