ABOUT

Dafna Sidkiyahu is a partner at Gornitzky GNY.
Dafna specializes in advising and representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, hospitality and tourism transactions, and a broad range of commercial matters. She has extensive experience leading complex and large-scale transactions, from structuring and negotiation through to completion, providing comprehensive legal guidance on all related corporate and commercial aspects. Her work includes representing companies, shareholders, and investors in share and asset purchase transactions, mergers, restructurings, joint ventures, and other strategic commercial transactions.
Dafna also advises companies at various stages of their growth on their ongoing business activities, including corporate governance, commercial agreements, and general corporate matters.
In the hotels, tourism and leisure field, Dafna represents hotel chains, hotel owners, and management companies in complex transactions, including hotel management and operation agreements, development projects for new hotels and resorts, and lease and operation arrangements.
During her law studies, Dafna served as an editor of Hukim Law Review – The Israeli Journal on Legislation at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
