Our firm represented Golf & Co Group in the acquisition of the Israeli operations of the Sabon chain from Sabon Global, owned by the French company Yves Rocher. The transaction includes the acquisition of the company’s assets and inventory in Israel, as well as the absorption of the chain’s employees, which operates over twenty branches. Additionally, upon closing of the transaction, which is subject to approval by the Innovation Authority, an exclusive franchise agreement will be signed under which Golf will market Sabon products in Israel. The initial consideration to be paid upon closing of the transaction amounts to approximately NIS 10 million.
