Our firm represented Michpal Technologies Ltd. in an initial public offering (IPO) on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Michpal is a technology company that provides payroll, recruitment, attendance, pension and human resources solutions, as well as technological systems and solutions for business-financial processes. The company issued its shares based on a company valuation of approximately NIS 770 million (pre-money) and raised a total of approximately NIS 300 million.
