Our firm represented Max Group, controlled by Warburg Pincus, in the acquisition of EZcount, a company that specializes in digital invoicing.
The acquisition of the company is another step in expanding the activities of the Max Group in the field of payments to businesses and financial entities. These activities will be concentrated under the new company in a group called Hyp that will be managed by Ohad Maimon.
Max group was represented by Partners Elite Elkon and Alon Peled together with Associate David Chester.
