Hoshea was licensed to practice law in 2018, and prior to joining the firm Hoshea worked for a leading law firm.
Hoshea’s main areas of practice are Planning and Zoning Law, Real Estate Law and Administrative Law. Hoshea provides legal services and accompanies real estate companies, private entrepreneurs and authorities; these services include, inter alia, legally accompanying real estate projects through their dealings with the various courts, municipalities, and planning institutions.
Hoshea provides service beginning with project inception – from performing preliminary planning examinations and overseeing the promotion of city building plans (including preparing objections and responses to objections and representation in hearings before planning institutions and courts) to the issuance of building permits as part of the building licensing procedures (including providing counsel in hearings before the local committees, providing legal opinions, negotiations with the municipality, accompanying proceedings before the appeals committee, etc.).
