Our firm represents the Unsecured Creditors Committee in the restructuring proceeding of the crypto company – Celsius. The restructuring proceeding included, inter alia, a sale transaction of Celsius’ Israeli subsidiary, GK8 to Galaxy for an amount of 44 million USD. The representation included domestic and international restructuring and insolvency issues, as well as tax and employment law issues.
