Gornitzky represented OPC Energy in raising NIS 400 million in public offering of a new series of annual interest-bearing bonds at 2.75%.
This is the first offering of a new bond series in Israel during the Coronavirus crisis (so far, only private offerings / extensions of existing bond series have been made).
OPC Energy was represented by partners Yair Shiloni and Nurit Traurik and associate Moshe Savi.
