Gornitzky represented ADO Group Ltd., a real estate company in the field of residential properties, in a NIS 150 million expansion of its secured bonds series that is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and in a NIS 100 million privately negotiated financing with Barclays structured as a securities lending transaction.
The proceeds of the bonds series expansion issue and the securities lending financing transaction were applied for the purpose of the extension of its investment in ADO Properties S.A.
ADO Group Ltd. was represented by Yair Shiloni (Partner) and Moshe Sevi (Associate) in the bonds expansion issue, and by Idan Baki (Partner), Coral Leshez (Associate) and Laura Hadar (Associate) in the securities lending financing.
