Gornitzky represented American Eagle Outfitters Inc., a public company traded on NYSE, in its purchase (through its subsidiaries) of 49% of FWS Retail Ltd., the exclusive licensed franchise of American Eagle Outfitters in Israel, from Fox Wizel Ltd., a public Israeli company traded on the TASE.

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. (NYSE: AEO) is a leading global multi-brand retailer who operates and license over 1,200 retail stores around the world.

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. was represented by Partners Yehonatan Raff and Avner Finkelstein, together with associates Noa Schweitzer Amar and Netanel Kahane.
