Gornitzky also represented DWS in the negotiations for the signing of a binding memorandum of understanding for commercial cooperation between DWS and Skyline AI.

Skyline AI is an Israeli company that develops technological platforms for investments in real estate.

DWS was represented by the partner Elite Elkon, together with associates Alon Peled and David Chester.
