Gornitzky represented the investment fund, Fortissimo, in the sale of the company, Starhome Mach, to the company, Telarix, which is owned by the investment fund, Vista Equity Partners.
Fortissimo was represented by Partners Chaim Friedland and Yehonatan Raff, together with Associates Yoad Cohavy, Yoav Meer, Nir Knoll and Netanel Kahane.
