Hilton forecloses assets of businessman Michel Ohayon, amounting to approximately NIS 100 million

Our firm represented Hilton Worldwide Manage Limited in the enforcement procedure of arbitration rulings amounting to approximately NIS 99,000,000. These rulings were made in London, England, before the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC, against the French businessman Michel Ohayon, regarding an agreement related, among other things, to the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Jerusalem. As part of the enforcement procedure, our firm successfully obtained an ex parte order of interim injunction against the assets of the respondent in Israel, amounting to the total value of the foreign arbitration rulings – approximately NIS 99,000,000.
