Ms. Nuna Lerner is a partner at Gornitzky & Co.

Nuna is a partner in the International Arbitration and Transnational Litigation Practice Group based in Tel Aviv, as part of the Tier 1 International Arbitration team (The Legal 500).

She has extensive experience representing clients in international commercial and investor-state arbitrations under the rules of the major arbitral institutions, as well as in ad hoc proceedings and before Israeli courts.

  • Successfully acted and settled a $400 million renewable energy multiparty, multijurisdictional dispute.
  • Successfully acted in a 350 million THB Thai Arbitration Institute arbitration for a Thai construction company and then successfully achieved the enforcement (against a setting aside motion) of the TAI award in Bangkok, Thailand.
  • Successfully acted for the minority shareholders of an international cosmetics company, ultimately securing clients with compensation of over $50 million.
  • Successfully settled an ICC London seat arbitration and mediation between a large US military facilities company and an Israeli public construction company.
  • Successfully acted for the legal estate of a high net-worth individual in a dispute under the rules of the Commercial Arbitration Court in Hungary;
  • Successfully settled an ICC insurance arbitration for one of the largest insurance companies in Israel against multiple respondents;
  • Acting for an Israeli construction company in a multi-million dollar ad hoc arbitration pertaining to the construction of three data centres in Israel.
  • Acting for a European sovereign in objecting to the enforcement of an American judgement before the Israeli courts;
  • Acting for a German company for the enforcement of a EUR 48 million ICSID award before the Israeli courts.
  • Acted for the Claimant in a EUR 883.7 million SCC investor-state arbitration against the government of a European country;
