Adv. Meiri’s main field of expertise is complex commercial and civil litigation, which includes, among other things, representation in large-scale legal proceedings in the various jurisdictions, including in arbitration, mediation and administrative proceedings.
Adv. Meiri represents leading international and Israeli corporations as well as private individuals in diverse cases that include, among others:
- Representation of international corporations in cross-border disputes, including the enforcement of foreign arbitration awards;
- Claims in connection with shareholders disputes in companies, as well as claims on issues of responsibility of officers and shareholders (including majority shareholders);
- Representation of leading corporations in connection with intellectual property disputes, including in connection with copyrights, commercial torts law, trade secrets, trademarks and more;
- Claims in connection with deprivation of minority shareholders;
- Representation of leading individuals and corporations in contractual, proprietary disputes, and in areas related to unlawful enrichment;
- Disputes concerning large-scale real estate projects. as well as infrastructure projects;
- Representation of leading local and international corporations before the courts for administrative matters and the Supreme Court, in matters relating to tenders and administrative petitions against the state and its authorities.
