Our firm acted as Israeli counsel to Zix Corporation (NASDAQ: ZIXI) in the acquisition of Israeli IT and security company CloudAlly for a total of US $ 30 million.
Zix is a US corporation based in Dallas, Texas, with branches in other states in the United States, Canada and Europe, that provides cloud security services for email accounts. The acquisition will help Zix expand its solutions to Microsoft Office 365.
