Fattal acquired 72.5% of the boutique hotel chain, 7 Minds.

Our firm represented Fattal Hotels in a transaction in which Fattal acquired 72.5% of the boutique hotel chain, 7 Minds, which leases and manages a number of boutique hotels in Tel Aviv. Following the transaction, 7 Minds is expected to significantly increase its operations by incorporating existing hotels from the Fattal hotel chain, and also adding new hotels.

Fattal Hotels was represented by managing partner Kfir Yadgar, partner Yiftah Farber and associate Dafna Sidkiyahu.
