Gornitzky represented the international private equity fund Warburg Pincus in the acquisition of 100% of Leumi Card Ltd. from Bank Leumi and Azrieli Group, for the amount of NIS 2.5 billion.

Gornitzky represented the international private equity fund Warburg Pincus in the acquisition of 100% of Leumi Card Ltd. from Bank Leumi (80%) and Azrieli Group (20%), for the amount of NIS 2.5 billion.

Warburg Pincus won the process for the sale of Leumi Card, run by Goldman Sachs and Leumi Partners. Also contending were 17 other potential buyers.
