Gornitzky represented IN.P.C. (1982) Ltd., in an administrative petition that was filed against its win of a tender that had been issued by the Association of Towns for Environmental Protection (Sharon-Carmel), for the supply and installation of equipment, instruments and structures for an air monitoring system. After a court hearing, the Court (the Honorable Judge Ginat) recommended that the petitioner withdraw the petition, and the petitioner did so.
The Company was represented by the partner Itzchak Lazar, together with associate Omer Razin.
