Gornitzky represents Zero Waste in an administrative appeal and a motion to grant an interim order.

Gornitzky represents Zero Waste, a subsidiary of Shikun & Binui, in an administrative appeal and a motion to grant an interim order filed by the Rishon LeZion Municipality and Dan Cities Association, in which they moved to cancel the tender published by the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Finance, for the planning, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of an urban waste facility.

The facility (and tender) at hand is unique, first of its kind in Israel, and is bound to be one of the largest in the world.

In its ruling, the court stated, among others, that the appeal was filed late (subjectively and objectively) and therefore it is dismissed in limine. The motion for an interim order was dismissed as well.

Zero Waste was represented by Partner Noam Ronen and Associate Nimrod Saville.
