Our firm represents IDE Water Assets in an Administrative Petition, filed with the Tel Aviv Administrative Court, in connection with the tender procedure on behalf of Mekorot for the sale of the desalination plant in Ashdod that asks the court to order discovery of all documents related to the tender to be reviewed. The Petition alleges, inter alia, that the conduct of the Tenders Committee raises the concern that immediately after the Committee became aware of the excessive price of the winning bid, it consciously chose to not investigate or demand clarifications from the winning group, and to ignore the failures and defects in the winning bid.
