Gornitzky represented Shikun & Binui in the shareholder dispute taking place in the real estate company, ADO, a group of shareholders headed by Shikun & Binui and the Lapidoth Group, owned by Jacob Luxenburg.The shareholder dispute was conducted in two separate legal proceedings in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District Court.

Lapidoth petitioned for the two proceedings to be struck, without an order for costs. The court ordered that the two proceedings should be dismissed (and not struck), without costs.

Shikun & Binui is accompanied by Partners Itay Geffen and Sharon Werker Sagy. The company was represented in court by Partner Noam Ronen and Associates Noga Haruvi, Daniel Barlev and Karin Shani.
