- Representation of Danya Cebus in legal proceedings involving hundreds of millions of NIS in connection with the construction of the Ilan and Assaf Ramon Airport in Timna.
- Representation of a major construction company in an ICC international arbitration relating to its involvement in the construction of the largest private power station in Israel, in which our clients were awarded USD 20 million at the conclusion of the proceedings.
- Representation of a leading international infrastructure company in a complex dispute conducted through arbitration, with claims amounting to NIS 150 million.
- Representation of Solel Boneh in arbitration proceedings against the Israeli Ministry of Defense in the amount of NIS 1.7 billion in connection with a project for the construction of an IDF base in Be’er Sheva.
- Representation of Solel Boneh in large-scale legal proceedings involving tens of millions of NIS in connection with a senior housing project in Holon.
- Representation of Solel Boneh in a class action in the amount of NIS 250 million a, filed by the representative bodies of four residential buildings constructed by the company in Rishon LeZion, alleging damage and diminution in value due to defects in the stone cladding of the building. Following the filing of a response and a preliminary hearing, the District Court suggested that the applicants withdraw the motion, and the proceedings were subsequently withdrawn.
- Representation of residential real estate development companies (Gindi Holdings and Magureit Israel), in a variety of disputes with apartment owners and condominium representative bodies involving tens of millions of NIS, including claims relating to delays in apartment delivery, construction defects, diminution in value, and related issues.
- Representation of Nitsba Holdings in contractor disputes relating to the company’s development projects, including residential and commercial projects.
- Representation of Margal Systems in legal proceedings relating to development works carried out as part of the Tel Aviv Light Rail project.
- Representation of Y.D. Ashush in several legal proceedings relating to the company’s projects, including the Sde Dov evacuation project, a military base construction project, and the Rav-Bariach factory project.
- Representation of Alcon Recycling Center in a financial dispute involving tens of millions of NIS in connection with a project for the establishment of a recycling center.
- Legal counsel to Raiden Energy in relation to the real estate aspects of the establishment of a power plant for electricity generation on approximately 57 dunams of land. The representation also included the relocation of a construction waste transfer station to another location on the site so as not to interfere with the construction of the power plant.
- Representation of one of the world’s largest mining companies in a dispute conducted under the UNCITRAL Rules relating to an agreement for the construction of power stations in Israel. The matter concluded with a settlement agreement pursuant to which the opposing party agreed to pay our client EUR 62 million.
- Representation of the Ashkelon Municipality and the Ashkelon Economic Company in legal proceedings relating to numerous projects in Ashkelon, such as claims concerning infrastructure projects, residential developments, including government-subsidized housing programs, waste removal projects, and related matters.
- Representation of the Tiberias Municipality and the Tiberias Local Planning and Building Commission in a claim involving tens of millions of NIS concerning development works in a new neighborhood in the city.
- Representation of Afcon Construction Ltd. in legal proceedings involving tens of millions of NIS in connection with the “Argaman Tower” project in Bnei Brak, as well as a senior housing project in Rehovot.
- Representation of a public Israeli construction company in ICC arbitration proceedings and mediation against a major American company in relation to the construction of a defense project in Israel.
