Our firm represented Leumi Partners in an investment transaction in Movement Wellness totaling approximately NIS 80 million, alongside a secondary share purchase from existing shareholders amounting to approximately NIS 40 million. Movement Wellness heads a large corporate group engaged, among other things, in the development and operation of solutions and services that promote healthy lifestyles and preventive medicine, including digital platforms and dedicated fitness applications (such as Maccabi UpApp, Clalit Active, and others), alongside retail operations in the sports equipment sector.
