A motion to halt the advancement of the project for the construction of a facility at the Dan Region Wastewater Treatment Plant – was denied

Our firm is representing Zero Waste Ltd. in an appeal to the Supreme Court in connection with a judgment that denied an administrative petition that had been filed against Zero Waste’s win of the tender for the construction, operation and maintenance of a facility to treat wastewater at the Dan Region Wastewater Treatment Plant and against significant changes that had been made to the terms and conditions of the engagement in the contract between Zero Waste and the State of Israel. In the course of the appeal, a motion for an interim injunction was filed, in which the Supreme Court was requested to halt the advancement of the project, with all that entails.
The Supreme Court denied the motion and accepted the objection made by Zero Waste.
Zero Waste Ltd. was represented by the partner Noam Ronen, together with the Senior Associate Daniel Bar Lev.
