In the application to the Israel Tax Authority, it was claimed that the current situation in the vacation apartment sector is such that encourages tax evasion, creates unfair competition in the industry and discriminates against the hotels, which comply with stringent rules pertaining to the tax aspects. Within the framework of these rules, a number of alternatives for formalizing the subject have been proposed to the Israel Tax Authority.
