Our firm represents Fattal Group in the establishment of a new investment venture

Our firm represents Fattal Group, Israel’s largest hospitality group, in the establishment, alongside Israeli institutional investors, of a new investment venture for the establishment, acquisition and renovation of hotels in Europe to be operated by the Fattal Group, in an aggregate amount of up to Euro 1 billion. The initial capital commitments raised amounts to Euro 315 million.

Fattal was represented by partners Kfir Yadgar (Managing Partner), Ori Yitzhak, Avner Finkelshtein and Gila Ponte-Shlush together with senior associate Amit Ron and associates Lior Frank and Ori Gez.

Gornitzky represents Rimonim in a lease transaction worth over NIS 50 million.

Gornitzky represented the Israel Hotel Association before the Antitrust Authority in a request for an exemption joint procurement agreements.

Gornitzky represented Fattal Holdings (1998) Ltd. in the initial public offering (IPO) of its shares.
