Gornitzky represented Marina Ashkelon 1992, Limited Partnership of which Ofer Brothers Engineering and Development Ltd. is the general partner, in an agreement for the sale of all of the Partnership’s rights in Plot 6.

Gornitzky represented Marina Ashkelon 1992 – Limited Partnership (of which Ofer Brothers Engineering and Development Ltd. is the general partner) in an agreement for the sale of all of the Partnership’s rights in Plot 6, in accordance with Plan No. 179/03/11 in Ashkelon, to Y. H. Dimri Construction and Development Ltd., despite the presence of a squatter in an area of approximately 50 square meters of the plot, and without any liability being imposed on the Partnership for his eviction.

The Partnership’s engagement was possible since a week earlier we had represented the Partnership, Marina Ashkelon, and the Ofer Brothers in settlement proceedings that had been achieved between the parties, the Israel Lands Authority, the Ashkelon Economic Company Ltd. and the Municipality of Ashkelon, in the framework of a four-party closing.

The closing was implemented at the offices of the Israel Lands Authority in Jerusalem, according to which an allocation was made to the Partnership (and to the Ofer Brothers) of the remainder of the plots to which they are entitled pursuant to previous agreements in respect of the construction of the Marina and the drying up of the sea at the Marina in Ashkelon.
