Our firm represented Vitania in a conditional agreement with companies of the Landa Group, which is owned by the technology entrepreneur, Benny Landa, for the purchase of half of a plot which is zoned as industrial and commercial space in the Science Park in Ness Ziona, in consideration of the amount of NIS 35 million, plus VAT.
Concurrently with the signing of the purchase agreement, the parties signed an agreement for the performance of a joint transaction pursuant to which the parties will act to construct a project with a scope of approximately 38,600 square meters of aboveground areas and approximately 23,400 square meters of underground areas, which will include offices, laboratories and production halls, and which will be leased, in part, to a company of the Landa Group.
