The old Bezeq telephone exchange at the Lincoln site in Tel Aviv is due to become a residential and hotel project

Our firm represented a partnership that was set up by The Phoenix and White City Buildings, in an interesting and complex transaction for the purchase of the full rights of Reality Fund and Caesarea Medical Electronics Holdings (2000) Ltd. in the former Bezeq site, which is situated at 16 Lincoln Street in Tel Aviv, for the amount of NIS 183 million, plus VAT as required by law.
The property is leased, at the present time, to various lessees, including victory, the Municipality of Tel Aviv, and others. The purchasers intend to advance a project on land, which will incorporate commercial space, hotel space and residential space for lease.

The Phoenix was represented vis-à-vis White City Buildings with respect to the Partnership Agreement by: partner, Adv. Shlomi Cohen (head of real estate, planning and construction), and Adv. Ori Yitzhak together with Adv. Tuval Levanon.
