Our firm represented Mizrahi Tefahot Invest in its investment in Mifaat 1965 (1987), one of Israel’s oldest and largest companies in the field of solid waste removal and treatment. Our firm accompanied Mizrahi throughout all stages of the transaction, pursuant to which Mizrahi was allotted shares that will give it a 15% holding in the company in consideration of approximately NIS 98.8 million, and was also granted a call option to increase its holding to approximately 20%.
