Prior to joining the firm, Gilad worked as an associate in a leading law firm.
Gilad’s main area of practice is the capital and securities market, corporate law, and commercial law. Gilad’s practice focuses primarily on capital markets and securities and corporate law and commercial law. As part of her practices, Gilad provides legal advice to the firm’s clients, including ongoing counseling to public and private companies in various fields, such as public offerings on the TASE, and immediate and periodic reports.
