Koral Zellinger Rushinek

Koral Zellinger Rushinek joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2018.
Prior to joining the firm, Koral completed her internship in a leading law firm specializing in Litigation.
Koral’s practice focuses primarily on capital markets, securities, corporate law, and commercial law.
As part of her practices, Koral provides legal advice to the firm’s clients, including ongoing counselling to public and private companies in various fields, such as public offerings on the TASE, transactions with interested parties and immediate and periodic reports.
