Lotem began her legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a pre-intern in 2019, and joined the firm as an associate in 2023.
Lotem is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team and provides comprehensive legal counsel to Israeli clients as well as leading international companies in complex commercial and civil disputes management. In that framework, Lotem represents her clients in various legal proceedings, focusing on corporate laws, class actions, and derivative claims. In addition, Lotem accompanies diverse commercial transactions.
