.Moran joined the tax department of Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2018
.Prior to joining the tax department of Gornitzky & Co., Moran served as a legal intern in the Litigation & Dispute department in the firm, and in the tax department of PwC Israel’s accountant firm
.Moran advises firm’s clients on commercial and tax matters, and he is involved in complex tax planning for corporates and individuals, both domestic and cross-border
In addition, Moran is involved in representing the firm’s clients in a wide range of tax disputes before the related tax authorities in Israel, and especially with respect to income tax, VAT and real estate taxation related matters. Moran is also involved in the preparation and submission of requests for tax rulings and representation of the firm’s clients during said related procedures
