Noam joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate in 2023.
Prior to joining the firm, Noam worked for 7.5 years for the manager of wages and labor agreements in the Israeli ministry of finance.
Noam’s main area of practice is labor law, in particular collective agreements and collective bargaining, salary and retirement settlements, public sector, equality in work and mediation.
