ABOUT

Noy started her legal career at Gornitzky&Co. as an intern in 2020, and has joined the office as an associate in 2022.

Noy’s main area of practice is infrastructure and project finance. Noy provides comprehensive legal counsel regarding complex projects, mainly in the infrastructure and energy sectors, starting from the preliminary stages, through the financial closing and the development phase and throughout the project’s lifetime.

In addition, Noy provides ongoing legal counsel to leading public and private companies in Israel and abroad.
