Rebecca began her legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a legal intern, and has been an associate with the firm since 2022.
Rebecca’s practice focuses primarily on corporate law and capital markets, involving both privately-held and publicly traded Israeli and multinational corporations. As part of her work, Rebecca is involved in representing the firm’s clients in a variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions, and equity offerings on foreign exchanges.
