Suzanna began her legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as a legal intern and has been an associate with the firm since 2022.
Suzanna’s main areas of practice include M&A as well as banking and finance. As such, Suzanna represents Israeli and foreign corporations in international mergers and acquisitions transactions, and represents lenders and investors, including some of Israel’s largest financial institutions, private equity funds, and some of Israel’s leading public and private companies in local and international finance transactions.
