Yael began her legal career at the firm as an intern and became an associate in 2020. Yael’s main area of practice is Hi-tech and Venture Capital, with emphasis on venture capital investments, M&A transactions, financing and joint ventures.
Yael represents both local and foreign clients, private and public companies from different fields of technology on their on-going corporate and commercial matters, and advises entrepreneurs start-up companies, angels, investors and VCs.
