Yael began her legal career at Gornitzky & Co. as an intern and joined as an associate in 2020.
Yael’s main area of practice is Corporate law and the hi-tech industry, with emphasis on M&A transactions, venture capital investments, financing, joint ventures and representation of both private and public companies from different fields of technology. Yael represents and accompanies entrepreneurs and start-up companies, investors and VCs, as well as industrial companies and multinational corporations.
