Hagay joined Gornitzky & Co. as an associate at the end of 2022.
Hagay has extensive legal and professional knowledge in the fields of energy, infrastructure, tenders and contracts, natural resources, and the regulation and legislation that applies in the Judea and Samaria region.
Prior to joining the firm, Hagay served for eight years in the Military Advocate General Corps and was honorably discharged at the rank of Major.
During that period, Hagay served as the lead infrastructure practitioner in the department of the legal advisor to the Judea and Samaria region, legal assistant to the deputy Military Advocate General and as a prosecutor.
Hagay’s professional experience includes advising clients on various regulatory procedures and providing legal counsel with respect to many infrastructure projects, including the establishment of renewable energies, power plants, quarries, sewage treatment facilities and communications infrastructure.
